TORCH and Young People in Recovery are becoming more visible in our community every day.
Young People in Recovery recently hosted a messaging training for our community that taught people a new way to discuss addiction and recovery.
On Friday May 13th, we hosted a street dance and bbq in front of our office.
On June 27, 2016 hosted an employment workshop in conjunction with our local job service.
We are selling concessions at the drag races this summer.
We have a calf-dressing team for the rodeo at the fair.
On August 2, 2016 we will be hosting an ice cream social with live music and testimonials.
On August 22, 2016 we will be hosting a prescription drug education workshop.
On August 21st T.O.R.C.H displayed the Resolve Montana Bitter Pill Exhibit as part of our community awareness campaign to bring awareness of the Rx Prescribtion Drug Abuse in our community and our State.
On August 31st, Overdose Awareness Day, TORCH teamed up with the Montana Attorney General, the DEA, Local Law Enforcement, Congressman Zienke and the Fergus High School for a presentation to our local youth and community as to the dangers of overdose. Personal first hand experiences were shared from local individuals with lived experiences. The Resolve Montana Bitter Pill Exhibit was displayed for all our county schools to view.
